Air Force, loyalty and honesty are the foundation of
everything Tom does.
Tom serves on the 2010 Board
of Directors for the Collin County Association of
Realtors, served as Chairman for the Independent Brokers
Network, and was appointed by the Chairman of The Texas
Real Estate Commission to serve on a state committee for
Broker Responsibility.
In addition to being a
real estate broker, Tom is a Certified Distressed
Property Expert (CDPE) and a Short Sales &
Foreclosure Resource (SFR). CDPEs and SFRs
are real estate professionals with a specific
understanding of the complex issues confronting the real
estate industry. Through comprehensive training and
experience, they are able to provide solutions
for homeowners facing hardships in today’s
market.
Tom is also a Senior Loan Consultant with
NexBank and can assist with all your mortgage needs.

Tom spent many years living
abroad and is an award-winning amateur radio operator.

Gina is a Native Texan and was first licensed in 1992.
After graduating from Texas A&M University and
spending a few years in corporate America, she decided
having her own business was the only way to
go.
Gina approaches her business and her family
in the Aggie tradition of pride, integrity and tenacity.

first-time home buyers as well as helping sellers move

softball, cheerleading and choir. When vacation time
