Hamilton Hills East is very exclusive offering only 22 custom home building lots. Nestled among majestic oak and pecan trees, these lots range in price from $214k to $748k.
All homes built on these lots must be Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Certified. According the the US Green Building Council, " LEED provides building owners and operators with a framework for identifying and implementing practical and measurable green building design, construction, operations and maintenance solutions."
Lot buyers can choose their own custom builder as long as they can build a LEED certified home. Sustainable Structures of Texas is a high-performance luxury home builder who not only worked on the development of Hamilton Hills East but also built the first LEED Gold home in Collin County also in Montgomery Farm.
Hamilton Hills West will consist of just 37 production home sites. This is a unique subdivision with rear entry garages and the "street" in front of each home in the center will be grass rather than pavement!
Belclaire Homes and David Weekly Homes will be the builders. Prices will start in the mid-$500's.
Belclaire Homes has announced that they will be building on the 18 exterior lots and David Weekly on the 19 interior lots. Presales should begin the first week of October 2012 and the model homes should be open in early 2013.
