Gina Branch - REMAX Dallas Suburbs - Selling Tips

Real Estate Photography

The importance of great photos of any property being listed cannot be overstated. The National Association of REALTORs® (NAR) estimates that over 85 percent of all home buyers start their searches online.

We took photos of a living room to demonstrate the difference. All three photos were taken within 30 minutes of each other from the same vantage point in the room.

The first photo was taken with a Panasonic DMC FX-30 with the lens set to the wide angle position using the internal flash unit. The FX-30 is typical of digital cameras used by many agents.

The second photo was taken with a Nikon D-40 with the Nikkor AF-S 18-55mm lens set to 18mm using a Nikon SB-600 external flash.

Make the Most of that First Impression

The goal of marketing a home is to get people to walk in the front door. It's so important that you make a great first impression and that starts long before a potential buyer walks in the door.
