Frisco Texas is alive with new construction on both the west and east sides of the city. One of the hot developments is Lawler Park, a new home development on the east side of the city.

Lawler Park is located on the north side of Rolater between Coit and Independence. The development consists of two sections, The Arbors at Lawler Park and The Crossing at Lawler Park. When completed, there will be about 344 homes.

The two home builders are Darling Homes and Highland Homes. Homes range in size from 2400 to 3800 square feet with prices starting at $350k.

Highland Homes Begins Pre-Sales in Lawler Park

Highland Homes has just announced that they have begun pre-selling homes in Lawler Park – The Crossing. Located in Frisco, Texas this master planned community will have beautiful 75 by 125 foot home sites and Highland Homes will be introducing exceptional new floor plan designs. Home prices start in the $430’s.

Lawler Park is a master planned community located just north of State Highway 121 off of Independence Parkway. The Crossings will consist of 199 homes ranging from 2900 to 4700 square feet. Prices will begin in the $430’s.

Gina and I attended a kick-off party for Hamilton Hills last night at the “old farm house” in Montgomery Farm. Belclaire Homes and David Weekly Homes sponsored the event for a limited number of agents who have been actively involved in the early stages of the project.

Hamilton Hills East and West are located just west of Central Expressway where Bethany Road intersects with Alma Road, these two developments offer a small community feeling while still enjoying all that Montgomery Farm has to offer.

We picked up quite a bit of new information that we want to pass along.

Belcaires Homes will build on the 18 exterior lots including the greenbelt and creek lots. Homes will range in size from 3900 to over 5200 square feet and prices will start around $550k.

David Weekly Homes will be building the Custom Classic line on the 19 interior lots along Hamilton Green. Homes will range from 3200 to 4800 square feet and prices will start in the low $500k range.

Both builders will begin presales in October and the model homes should be open in January 2013.

Hamilton Hills Allen TX Under Development

Last week, we had the opportunity to meet with one of the developers of Hamilton Hills. Hamilton Hills is the latest development in Montgomery Farm located just west of US 75 in Allen, Texas.

Montgomery Farm is a 500-acre master planned development. For years, Montgomery Farm was a natural retreat for the Williams family nestled within the sprawling suburban developments of Plano and Allen. The family is transforming the farm into a community founded on the idea that open spaces, woodland habitats and native wildlife can be preserved and enhanced through careful planning and design.

Hamilton Hills is being developed with two distinct sections.

Hamilton Hills East will consist of 22 custom-home lots. Buyers of the lots can choose their own builder but all homes must be LEED certified.

Hamilton Hills West will consist of 37 production home lots. The developer has announced that Belclaire Homes and David Weekly Homes will be the builders for the production homes. Prices will begin in the mid-$500’s.
